John Kapellusch joined Lee Mechanical in 2023 as an Estimator/Project Manager, bringing with him a rich background from the construction industry. His journey started with a 5-year apprenticeship in Sheet Metal Construction, followed by an equally intensive apprenticeship as an Inside Wireman, culminating in his roles as an electrical journeyman foreman and supervisor. John’s expertise is supported by an impressive array of certifications, including OSHA30, Sheet Metal Construction Journeyman, Master Electrician, and Licensed Commercial Inspector, and NFPA70E. What he cherishes most about his job is the daily variety and constant learning opportunities presented by the ever-evolving construction industry. 

Outside his professional life, John is deeply involved in his community, contributing his electrical skills to local church festivals, mentoring apprentices, and supporting youth sports. When not at work, John is likely to be found enjoying time with his family, playing competitive volleyball, or sharing his musical talents with his band.
