Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital’s Surgical Expansion Update
Lee is proud to have built a trusted relationship with Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital during the initial two-story vertical expansion of the main building. With over 40 years of MEP experience, Lee was the obvious choice for Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital’s surgical wing expansion. After demonstrating expertise in project management and team-focused atmosphere, Froedtert contracted with Lee for their new surgical wing.
WOODMAN’S IN LAKEMOOR, ILLINOIS
Woodman’s new 240,000 square-foot location in Lakemoor, Illinois is well underway. Madison, WI-based Fox/Arneson is the Building Consultant. Lee plumbing technicians started on the project in February 2019. Work is expected to wrap up in late summer or early fall 2019. The store is located at the corner of Highway 12 and Highway 120 in Lakemoor, IL.
KENOSHA FIRE STATION #1
The Lee Team is working on a new fire station on the site of the old Edward Bain School. The school, was razed in 2018, to make room for a “super station.” Construction on the new $6.6 million Kenosha Fire Station #1 started in August 2018 and is scheduled for completion in June 2019.
