A State-of-the-Art Facility Offering Comprehensive Rehabilitative Care
ClearSky Health, a premier rehabilitative healthcare provider, has chosen Lee Mechanical for their new 30-bed medical rehabilitation hospital, scheduled to open in fall 2023. Located within the Froedtert Kenosha Center in downtown Kenosha, WI, the 40,000-square-foot facility will feature private rooms, a rehabilitative gym with specialized equipment, a dining room with a dedicated chef and food service staff, and daily living spaces designed to mimic home conditions for effective therapy.
The Kenosha location will serve approximately 650 patients annually, treating disabling injuries and illnesses such as strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and other medically complex conditions, including COVID-19.
ClearSky Health’s Kenosha facility will stand out from other rehabilitative settings by:
Collaborating closely with general contractor Riley Construction of Kenosha, WI, and architect Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA) of Milwaukee, WI, Lee Mechanical’s experienced plumbers will handle the project’s plumbing, waste and vent, domestic water, and medical gas systems.
“This was a major remodel of three floors in a working hospital,” shares Director of Plumbing Mike Wagner. “It required Lee Mechanical to be on point with our team, resources, and pace.”
ClearSky Health currently owns and operates five hospitals in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico, with plans to expand their facilities to Arizona, Kansas, and additional locations in Texas.
