This Marquette University College of Nursing building, spanning 21,845 square feet, is strategically located in one of the most bustling business parks in Pleasant Prairie.

Partners in Design, along with TEMCo Contracting from Lake Zurich, IL, undertook the transformation of this facility into an educational hub for a collegiate nursing program.

The total project cost was approximately $2 million. This investment underscores the importance and scale of the project, promising state-of-the-art facilities for the incoming nursing students.
