Cheyane Mohorko: Service Project Manager

Cheyane Mohorko joined Lee Mechanical in 2021. She has over four years of experience in HVAC, along with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Waukesha County Technical College.

Mohorko’s goal for her position with Lee is to “be a positive and impactful representative of the company while helping grow the service department, and to consistently exceed customer expectations in all that I do.”

Mohorko enjoys the networking and relationship building associated with her job. “I am passionate about building strong and lasting relationships. I am always ready to go the extra mile for my clients.” She also appreciates the positive vibe within the Lee team. “The morale is extremely powerful, you can feel it, and it makes you excited to come in every day.”

This level of teamwork is just one of the many reasons why Mohorko feels Lee Mechanical is successful. “Lee stands out because we have a team of experienced industry professionals that came from all over and are bringing their expertise to the table.”

When not hard at work for the Lee team, you can find Mohorko volunteering in the community or enjoying time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
