Lee Mechanical’s Sheet Metal Superintendent, Casey Davis, is goal-oriented, and those aspirations are set squarely on helping Lee reach new heights.

“I’m working hard to continue to develop our team, especially the younger men and women, into one of the best sheet metal divisions around,” he shares. “We are implementing necessary procedures and training to continually expand our knowledge, experience, and skillset.”

Tackling challenges is nothing new to Davis, who admits he thoroughly enjoys his job’s “daily adventure.”

“I enjoy the process of problem-solving,” states Davis. “Especially when it comes to our customers and all the project details involved. It is satisfying to see each job come to fruition.”

No stranger to detail and project management, Davis boasts over 20 years of experience in the industry, with 12 of those years as a foreman. He has been part of the Lee team since 2020.

“Working with Lee’s group of talented and experienced people is inspiring,” Davis shares. “Everyone is passionate about their position and their willingness to attack every day head-on.”

With the dedicated “assemblage of top-tier mechanics AND office personnel,” it is no surprise to Davis that Lee continues to grow and succeed. “The Lee Mechanical team always does what is necessary to deliver an exceptional final product to our customers, and our attention to detail can be seen on every project.”

When Davis is not hard at work on a Lee project, you can find him spending time with his wife, two kids, and two dogs. The family especially enjoys their time at their cabin in Minocqua and out on the lake.
