Sheet Metal Journeyman
As a Sheet Metal Journeyman, Lexi Degroot works on large-scale commercial projects ranging from data centers to healthcare facilities. Her days start early with safety-focused planning and hands-on coordination in the field. With three years at Lee Mechanical, Lexi takes pride not only in her craft, but in teaching the next generation and helping her crew deliver precise, efficient installations.
Steve Marin
Environmental Service Technician
As a Local 18 Environmental Service Technician, Steve Marin plays a key role on Lee Mechanical’s commissioning team. From verifying that complex data center systems are installed and running to spec, to ensuring critical facilities meet uptime expectations, Steve’s work helps keep essential infrastructure operating without interruption. Every day brings new technology, new lessons, and new challenges to master.
Adam DeBaere
Plumbing Project Manager
With nearly a quarter century in the trade and nine years at Lee Mechanical, Adam DeBaere manages plumbing projects that keep facilities running safely and efficiently. He thrives on the flexibility of his role—balancing jobsite visits, coordination calls, and field problem-solving—all while staying connected to the team and clients. For Adam, every system installed represents clean water, sanitation, and real impact.
