With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Warnecke is a valuable asset to the company. He began his career as a unionized HVAC service technician and transitioned swiftly into project and service management. In addition, he has substantial experience supervising personnel installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings.

“I’ve worked directly with service and install technicians, dispatch personnel, and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction,” Warnecke states. “Keeping my customers AND my team happy is key.”

When Warnecke is not hard at work on company projects, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Becky, and his two college-aged daughters, Mariah and Alyssa. His family, as a whole, enjoys motorcycle rides, car shows, spending time outdoors, and the occasional coffee.
