Refrigeration Repairman
As a Refrigeration Repairman at Lee Mechanical, Cade Pisca works across a wide range of environments, from servicing refrigeration equipment in supermarkets to installing new systems for commercial businesses. With four years at Lee, Cade’s role combines technical troubleshooting, system installation, and customer interaction, ensuring refrigeration systems operate reliably while building strong, long-term client relationships.
Melissa Germait
Senior Project Manager
Melissa Germait brings 12 years of industry experience to her role as Senior Project Manager at Lee Mechanical, where she oversees large commercial HVAC projects spanning mechanical, sheet metal, and mechanical pipe systems. Her project portfolio includes hospitals, healthcare facilities, schools, offices, and data centers across new construction and remodel work. Melissa manages the full scope of what it takes to bring complex mechanical systems to completion on projects that define the built environment.
Luke Kiselicka
Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Lee Mechanical, Luke Kiselicka oversees large commercial plan-and-spec projects, along with select industrial work. With four years at Lee, Luke manages projects from early planning through final completion, staying closely connected to both the technical details and the bigger picture. His role blends coordination, technology, and hands-on involvement to keep complex projects moving forward.

Lee Mechanical Unveils Caledonia Fabrication & Logistics Facility
On Monday, March 23, 2026, we celebrated an exciting milestone with an internal ribbon cutting at our new Caledonia Fabrication & Logistics Facility, located at 4321 Carol Rd.
