A member of the founding family, Lee is no stranger to all of the facets of Lee’s industry. Starting with the company straight out of college with a degree in business, he is proud to work with the whole team. “Lee has always been a part of my life. My grandfather, Bob Lee Sr., and grandmother, Natalie Lee, started the company in 1976, with my dad, Bob Lee Jr., taking the reins in the early 1980s. We have been in business for well over 40 years, and although we have had a lot of controlled and calculated growth over the past few years, it will always remain a family atmosphere. I am extremely proud to be a part of the Lee Mechanical team.”

Lee is dedicated to the high standards set forth in the beginning by his grandfather. “As a company, we will not fall short of exceeding our customers’ expectations. We strive to be very involved in our community and give back to those who are in need.”

As Director of Home Services, his goal is to ensure that the company provides its customers with exceptional services and the most competitive pricing in the market. To this end, Lee is involved in the day-to-day operations in cost management, financial marketing, and providing support to the division leaders.

We provide flexible scheduling, with follow-up to our customers once the job is done to ensure their expectations are exceeded. If there ever is a question or concern, we will do whatever it takes to ensure the customer is satisfied. When not working hard for his customers or his team, Lee enjoys spending time at the gym, golf course, or hanging out with friends.
