Joey Dufrane: Senior Service Project Manager
Joey Dufrane joined Lee Mechanical in 2021. He has a long-standing history in the field, having started in HVAC in 1995. He also has extensive experience in sales and project management, having transitioned into that role years ago.
Lee’s Frank Ruffolo Named TCCA Board President
The Tri-County Contractor’s Association was formed in 1971, and in its 50th year, our very own Frank Ruffolo, Lee Executive Vice President, was named President of the Board of Directors. “I am honored to serve as the TCCA president during this prosperous time in Southeast Wisconsin and look forward to advancing the organization into the future,” said Ruffolo, who has served on the board for 13 years.
Cheyane Mohorko: Service Project Manager
Cheyane Mohorko joined Lee Mechanical in 2021. She has over four years of experience in HVAC, along with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Waukesha County Technical College. Mohorko’s goal for her position with Lee is to “be a positive and impactful representative of the company while helping grow the service department, and to consistently exceed customer expectations in all that I do.”

With over 10 years of experience in both the finance and mechanical fields, Fritsch is an asset to the Lee team and to the company’s customers. Her goal for Lee Mechanical “is to provide our internal and external customers the highest level of accuracy and support available.”
Dave Ellis: Director of Service
Dave Ellis started in the industry in 1995 servicing and repairing commercial HVAC-R equipment. After 13 years as a service technician, Ellis transitioned into project management. As a project manager, Ellis worked with clients to provide unique solutions for their facilities.
